We're excited to announce the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of Campus Seattle featuring 120,000+ SF of new office, retail and recreation space in the Fremont neighborhood! This five-story, mass timber commercial building will be the showcase for the Seat

Originally constructed in 1927 as an auto shop, we completely restored this building to be the home of @evodenver. It now offers nearly 13,000 square feet of outdoor gear, is a community gathering place for events, and art shows! #repurposed
