The Greenwood Collective (“GC”) has established itself as one of the most unique buildings in the city. It is a prime example of flexible, adaptive space with a capacity for private events, photo shoots, fundraisers, individual studio spaces, a retail store and three apartment residences. The GC is central to the up-and-coming Greenwood neighborhood just north of 85th and Greenwood Ave NW.
